Good company and product, mixed experience with couriers.
I have ordered twice from cut my and both times I have been entirely satisfied with their product and customer service. They are responsive and well priced, so far the product has been excellent. Their choice of couriers has mad life more difficult though. The courier experience has been mixed both in terms of their communication and the most recent case an inability to advise a delivery time other than between 08:00 and 18:00, with no communication along the way. I would choose NOT to order again if I knew that particular courier were involved.

What an excellent service I have received. Better and cheaper than buying from a local diy store and cut to perfect size too. I ordered 5 windows to renovate my aging summerhouse on Tuesday evening and they were delivered well wrapped and in pristine condition on Thursday, even though thd delivery window was Friday to Monday. They certainly know how to under promise and over deliver! Very happy and would use again. Thanks.
