Impressed by the way it was packed to ensure no damage in transit. Product quality excellent, cut size spot on. Only issue was in the order process where the order was taken and paid for but the basket showed it as still present. Later found it had been processed in a new account set up with my details, not the one I had ordered it from. Very strange. Overall I recommend the company.
