Can my delivery and billing address be different?
You can have different addresses for billing and delivery. You can pick different addresses whilst checking out.
Can I collect my order?
You are more than welcome to come and pick your order up from us. You can select this option at the checkout and will be given an estimated collection date and then an email when your order is ready to collect. Our address is Unit 60, Mackley Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, BN5 9XR.

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. We will email you again with your invoice when your item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Where possible, this email will include the courier’s tracking details.

Will I have to be in all day?
Depending on how your order is being delivered, the courier may be able to give you a window for delivery via the courier tracking number. If you are unable to be at home for the delivery, our couriers will try to leave your order somewhere safe, or with a neighbour. If you are not going to be in, a clear note on the front door really helps the couriers.
For large orders delivery is to kerbside only so please bear this in mind if you're not going to be available on the day of delivery.
In what condition should my order be delivered?
While all orders are made to a high quality and leave our shipment facility in a protected film, if your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please sign for it as DAMAGED and contact us via our contact form within 24 hours with a description of the fault, and photographic evidence.
Do you deliver outside of Great Britain?
Currently, we do not provide any deliveries outside of Great Britain. We are also unable to deliver to any addresses on the Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Eire, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands.
What is your normal delivery timescale?
Our normal delivery timescale is within 7 working days, however, during busy times this may be longer.

Delivery Methods
Economy
Delivery time is dependent on your order and estimated at checkout. While we give an estimate, situations outside of our control may affect this. We will send you an email when your item has been shipped. Due to our painting process, this is the only delivery option available for any of our painted products, or our Premium Acrylic Splashbacks.
Standard Collection
Our standard collection option is free, with orders available to collect within 4 working days. While we give this as an estimate, situations outside of our control may affect this. We will send you an email when your item is ready to collect. Our address is Unit 60, Mackley Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, BN5 9XR.
Delivery Restrictions
While we do try exceptionally hard to deliver orders within an estimated time frame, on rare occasions, we may fail to do so. In these instances, we will endeavour to communicate with you throughout any delays.
Any orders where the longest side is smaller than 297mm and weighs less than 3kg are considered small orders. The price of this delivery is the same as the one selected for your item.
However, any orders where the longest side is between 298mm and 1200mm, or where both dimensions are above 600mm will be considered a large order. Any large orders will be shipped through DX. There are also restrictions on the weight of the order, where it can not weigh more than 30kg, but if possible we will split your order into multiple parcels to allow for it to be shipped.
Depending on the size of your order delivery is to kerbside only.
Third-Party Couriers
Our standard couriers are DX and APC. Currently, we are unable to ship to the Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and some of the Scottish Highlands. Please note some postcodes may incur additional costs. While we package all orders to the highest of quality and ensure that all goods are ready to ship within a specific time frame, we are not liable for our couriers.
When using DX, there are restrictions to how heavy and large the orders can be, if, in any instance where your order exceeds those measurements, we will seek to use our in-house alternative.
In-House Shipping
We only use in-house shipping for products too large or heavy for one of our third-party couriers. These include products where the longest side is between 298mm and 1200mm or where multiple dimensions are above 600mm, or when the product weighs more than 30kg.
Currently, we are unable to ship to the Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and some of the Scottish Highlands.
