Details
Equally beautiful in its own right with the ability to aid in supporting brighter and bolder designs, brushed aluminium has an unmatched ability to create different moods depending on both the strength and warmth of the accompanying shade.
Also known by the brand name Dibond, aluminium composite panels, are a perfect solution for creating long-lasting, eye-catching images that are guaranteed to gain attention.
All of our aluminium composite Dibond sheets have a thickness of 3mm and can be provided in colour, or in white either on one or both sides. The combination of brushed aluminium and the polythene core creates a practical and lightweight material that is malleable, yet stable in all weather conditions and can be fabricated with ease to create a range of 2D and 3D designs.
Providing a cost-effective solution, brushed aluminium composite Dibond sheets are weather, impact, and corrosive resistant, perfect for continual outdoor uses from interior design, advertising, partitioning or exhibition stand.
Each sheet is coated with brushed aluminium on each side, providing a matte and glossy surface for different printing options to suit your desired application. For instance, Dibond aluminium composite panels can also be used to great effect as billboards or public signs, as they won’t deteriorate when exposed to the elements, and they can be printed on with ease for a really clear and vibrant sign that sells your business or service perfectly.
Providing great thermal insulation and brilliant machinability, brushed aluminium composite sheets are a very strong product that offers great impact resistance. Further to this, due to its heat-resistant properties, it can be used behind a kitchen hob, providing there is a 150mm distance between the heat source and the panel.
