Price Match Terms and Conditions

We want you to be confident you are getting the best deal when you shop with us. That's why we offer a price match promise on all products we sell. If you find a lower price for the exact same product cut to size, please fill in the form below with the details of the product, price and where you found it, along with your requirements, and we will get back to on whether we can match the price subject to conditions. Full Terms and Conditions

• The identical product must be in stock and available for purchase on a competitor's website.  The price must include all additional extras including delivery.
• For cut to size products the identical product must also be cut to size to the exact same requirements and of the same thickness. All addons must be included such as cutouts, drilled holes, rounded corners, etc.
• Price matching does not apply to special sale prices, flash sales, going-out-of-business sales, or liquidation sales on competitor websites.
• You must provide the competitor's active web page showing the lower advertised price or a written quote with a date no later than one week of your request.
• The delivery timescale must be identical to what we offer, we cannot price match items with a slower delivery timescale.
• Price matching applies to new, identical products only. We do not match prices on used, refurbished, re-manufactured products.
• We limit price matches to one identical product per customer.
• All price matches are subject to manager approval. We reserve the right to revoke any price match at our discretion.
• The Price Match excludes items that have been sold through third-party sellers on Etsy or at Amazon Marketplace. Items must be sold or dispatched direct from Amazon. Price Match excludes items sold through auction websites (such as eBay) or private sellers.
• The Price Match is only available for UK customers.
• For a Price Match to be considered you must request one through the Price Match Request Form below.
