Paid extra for accelerated delivery. After placing order told the workshops were running late, so accelerated delivery was meaningless. Emailed customer service, no response. On receiving the plastic, found the delivery label slapped over a gouge in the plastic, which can only have been done in workshops. Emailed, three times. No response. 24 Jul: Response now with us. Replacement being sent.

Its a good quality product, exactly what we needed. Very good value for money, I haven't seen anything that looks as good for a similar price. Its protecting the corner of my dining room wall from knocks and bangs from prams etc.
