The Oak veneer mdf I ordered was cut perfectly to the measurements I provided. One edge of the wood wasn’t banded however, once I provided proof/images, they were more than happy to send out a replacement. To keep the cost down, I ordered the veneer untreated and stained it myself - very happy with the condition and quality of the oak veneer. I would definitely use their services again and recommend.

Excellent service. I ordered a bespoke piece of 12mm Perspex. The specification required a number of holes of different diameters placed either side of the centre line. (None around the edge). The cut surfaces can be polished and sanded easily for a more professional finish to your sheeting. Product quality is fine. Order processing is very poor. It appears to be good, better than most, but when you make a selection (in my case, holes all round), you would expect the system to carry it all through. It doesn’t. Unbeknownst to me, I had to also determine how many columns and rows were needed for the 8 holes (3top, 3 bottom, 2 each end centre), even though they showed like that in the selection and the image. It wasn’t clear to a layman that I also had to state 3 rows, 2 columns. A decent system and it wouldn’t! End result I got a 2700x700 piece with just 4 holes, one in each corner. Needless to say it couldn’t be secured as it needed to be. Sort your system out!
