The end result is excellent. I did need help with my online order though (I think some improvements could be made to the website, with a step by step guide to cut out positions, etc). Response to emails needs to be more prompt (a response to a question took over a week). There is no phone number advertised, although I sourced it using Apple Maps because they are local to me. There was a mistake in processing one piece but it was dealt with efficiently. Overall, I would reuse cutmy.

Top marks. I sent measurements in millimeters instead of centimetres, by mistake They called me to query my order which saved me the cost and delivery of what would have been a useless item. Despite the delay this caused, I still received the item, which was urgent, before Christmas. The perspex was immaculate on receipt and fitted as per the description - to absolute perfection.

I've ordered from CutMy twice. The first time it was some plywood and also some acrylic panes for double-glazing. It was great. The second time it was more acrylic. It wasn't so well packaged and arrived with some damage to the corners. I reported this to CutMy (following a process on their website). I received an apologetic email. Then replacements came, properly packaged, free of charge. Full marks for customer care.

Typically made from spruce, pine or cedar, 18mm softwood plywood offers versatility and value for construction and home projects. It provides excellent stability and rigidity in large sheets, ideal for walls, floors, roofing, and general joinery.

We stock lighter-toned Brazilian softwood with straighter grain and uniform texture. Benefits of our 18mm ply sheets include strength, workability with standard tools, compression resistance without bending or warping, and durability. Other sizes like 12mm softwood ply are available too.

In some of the plywood pieces, the glue layer isn't completely even, for example, the glue layer might start off one thickness, and then get thicker, and then go back to the original thickness, meaning that the adjacent wood layers become really thin to accommodate the thicker glue and to maintain a consistent overall plywood thickness. Maybe this is just normal for plywood, i don't know.
