Due to no longer having my own workshed after a move to sheltered accommodation and thus unable to utilise my own tools, I did a web search for someone to help me. 'Cut My' was my my choice. All I can say is that they cut the ply of varying thickness absolutely accurately and at a reasonable price. The ordering was easy (once I got the hang of what was required) and not needing the items in any particular hurry and specifying basic delivery the order was delivered in a decent time. I have bookmarked 'Cut My' and if the circumstances arrive, will use them again. (Maybe a pair of hi fi speaker cabinets in the future!)

Be cautious of the website, it is a nuisance in that if you go back to review anything it re-sets to its default setting. You need to be careful that it hasn't changed anything or you will find yourself paying £30 for a 100mmx 50mm piece of material!

A one-component sealant, neutral cure silicone can be used for most building, construction and glazing applications. It’s almost completely odourless and cures with atmospheric moisture to form a durable rubber seal that can withstand movement and is long-lasting. Neutral cure silicone sealants have better adhesive properties for plastics and polycarbonate, so they’re a popular choice when working with acrylic sheeting.
Silicone sealants can be used for a wide variety of applications thanks to their strong weather resistance, flexibility and durability. Some silicone sealants can have a strong odour as a result of the acetic acid in them, but neutral cure silicone releases alcohol instead of acid so it’s virtually odourless.
While neutral cure silicone can cure at a slower speed than some other silicones, depending on the temperature, humidity and thickness, they’re a great choice for materials where an alkoxy or acetoxy substance might react to the material, causing discolouration or erosion. If you’re working on outdoor applications, such as greenhouses or roofing, neutral cure silicone is a better choice as it offers better adhesion and weatherproofing properties compared to acetoxy silicones.

Directions for use:
Surfaces to be sealed should be clean, dry and dust free. Apply between +5°C and +40°C.
Tool the sealant with a dry spatula within 10 minutes of application.
