The fabric seal that came with your portable AC was never going to work. It sags, it gaps, and the velcro gives up the moment the wind picks up. Our acrylic seal is cut to the exact size of your window, with a hole in the exact size for your AC hose, so the cold air stays in, the hot air stays out, and you actually feel the difference. Renter-friendly, tool-free installation, and built to come down at the end of summer and go back up next year.

How to order

Important: You do not need the window adapter that came with your portable AC unit, only the hose is needed.

Measure the opening

Height and width of the open window gap in millimetres. Add extra so the acrylic sits at least 20mm onto the flat part of the frame on each side — include any curved section before the flat frame in this measurement.

Add your hose cutout

Tick Yes, choose Circle, then enter your hose diameter. You do not need the adapter, simply put the hose through the hole.

Add hook & loop tape

Add enough hook & loop tape for the perimeter of your window - sold in 5m rolls. The perimeter is height + width x2.

Was delivered early, very well made, and very well wrapped up and protected when it arrived, fitted my window like a glove and very easy to put up, hold for hose was just the right size and when you look at the window from the inside I had to touch it as it looked like it wasn't there, when you look up from the outside it looks good not like some of the other ones which looks quite untidy

Needed some moisture resistant MDF to box in pipework in our shower room. Having measured up I realised it needed cutting more precisely than I could manage. Found Cut My online and what a brilliant service! Ordering was simple - just entered the size of pieces I needed, paid and it was delivered a few days later. Apart from some cutting to fit round pipes it was like making up a kit. And there was virtually no waste. Only negative was the courier who just left the delivery next to our bins by the garden gate and made no effort to come to our front door. So it's 5 stars for Cut My but only 3 stars for the courier.

The panel cut to exact detention, nice even edges, the whole which was cut out was in the perfect spot and corect size. I use the plexiglass panel as a seal for portable AC hose in the window instead of material seal. Im really happy with the results and fast delivery.
