Details
We can cut your 15mm MDF sheet to whatever size suits your needs. Our MDF (medium-density fiberboard) sheets are an extremely versatile material perfect for a wide variety of DIY, crafting, and workshop projects.
MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood and softwood residuals into wood fibres, combining them with wax and resin binders, and forming panels by applying high temperatures and pressure. The result is a strong, dense, and stable sheet material with a smooth, uniform surface that takes paint and other finishes very well. It is a material designed for use in interior applications and providing it doesn’t make any direct contact with water, it will deliver a durable result for many years to come.
One of the main reasons why MDF sheeting is such a popular material to work with is its affordability and versatility. Our 15mm MDF sheets provide an ideal thickness for many applications where you need a sturdier material compared to thinner sheets. At the same time, 15mm remains lightweight and easy to work when it comes to installing it in cabinetry, shelving or other furniture projects.
If you want to give your 15mm MDF sheet a more personalised touch, we can cut it into specific shapes, drill fixing holes and add cutouts according to your requirements. This way, your MDF sheet will be ready to be installed as soon as it is delivered to your doorstep.
We also supply fire retardant MDF, veneered MDF and melamine-faced MDF, all cut to size.
