Our 30mm acrylic blocks provide an ideal material for a wide variety of applications. For those seeking a practical alternative to glass, this material delivers a strong solution. At Cut My, we can supply your 30mm clear acrylic sheets cut to size according to your specific requirements with industry-leading accuracy in cutting tolerances. We can also provide polished edges on cut sheets should you require a more attractive finish. Acrylic sheets can likewise be easily maintained through cleaning with a microfiber cloth and plastic polish.

What are the benefits of Perspex® acrylic blocks compared to glass?

Perspex provides similar optical clarity as glass but is lighter weight, more impact-resistant and easier to fabricate. It transmits 92% of visible light with no colour distortion.

Can you create shapes other than squares/rectangles?

Yes, we can fabricate acrylic blocks into circles and other custom shapes using CNC machining. You can reach out to us at info@cutmy.co.uk to discuss your fabrication needs.

How should Perspex® blocks be cleaned?

Use mild soap and water or acrylic cleaning agents. Avoid glass cleaners, bleach and abrasive scrubbers which can scratch the Perspex surface.

This is a brilliant company providing an excellent product. However the shipping department is really letting them down. Had two acrylic items arrive broken now, shipped in a plastic bag. Hope they pack better on the third attempt. Saying that the customer service regarding the problem has also been excellent. Will still use again and strongly recommend. Product deserves 5 stars. Shipping not so.

I'm honestly really impressed by Cut My. I was making a desk for my daughter's bedroom and had a specific shape and sizes in mind. From my sketch, the designer helped me to finesse the final product which was an improvement on what I'd done. The end product looks great. Some thoughts - it turns out that the corners in my house are not square. I recommend that you check this before setting off on a bespoke project. Also, delivery times were longer than I expected - I suspect this was partly due to ordering over the Christmas period, but was also informed that it had extra quality control due to being bespoke (it took a few weeks). This didn't really affect me, but worth knowing. All in all, five stars and I'd use again.

I can't say anything negative about the quality of the wood, the way that it was cut to my specifications, or the speed of delivery. My only criticism is that it was very expensive- over £30 for a single piece of wood just over a metre in length.

Great company and great product, such a huge time saver to have the option to purchase your wall cladding/panelling cut to measure and mm perfect. Fast delivery from ordering to doorstep. The only suggestion I would make is that I had the option of having it primed, ready for painting. This was only the face that’s primed not the sides, so painting these areas was a bit of a mission. Apart from that I will be using this company again.
