Made from impact-resistant acrylic, these crystal clear sheets are much more shatter-resistant than glass panels, but they still maintain very high optical clarity. Since the 3mm acrylic sheets weigh half as much as glass, they make an excellent energy-saving secondary glazing material to improve the insulation in your home. You can also use these acrylic sheets as a substitute for greenhouse glass, shed windows and other outdoor structures because they are resistant to UV light and weathering.

These sheets also work great for replacement glass picture frames, arts and crafts projects, and any application where you want a safer and lighter material instead of glass. Their strength and clarity also make these sheets ideal for building aquariums, terrariums, point-of-purchase displays, and any project where visibility and durability are key factors.

Perfectly cut to size by us, 3mm Perspex sheets also come in coloured, opal and frosted options, making them a great material for a kitchen splashback or bathroom splashback. If you are unsure what finish you would like, you can order a sample from us. We suggest that if you are using a larger sheet, then you use a thickness of 5mm or greater for extra strength. You can also order any of our clear acrylic samples in all of our thicknesses from 2mm to 30mm.
