Collection Information

We strive to complete all orders within the estimated time frame. However, in rare cases, there may be delays. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Our standard collection option is free and we will give you an estimated date as to when your order should be ready to collect. Please do not try to collect your order until you have received the email stating your order is ready for collection.

Our address is Unit 60, Mackley Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, BN5 9XR.

Due to the bespoke nature and limited storage space, all collections must be picked up within 14 days of receiving the email notification that your order is ready to collect. After this date, your order may be discarded and no refunds will be issued (with the exception of damaged/incorrect orders). If you are unable to collect your order within 14 days, please contact us to request a possible extension.

Full Sheet Collections

Before arranging to collect full sheets, please ensure your vehicle can accommodate the following sizes:

Acrylic - 2030mm × 3050mm (approx. 6'8" × 10')
Plywood / MDF - Up to 2770mm × 1220mm (approx. 9'1" × 4')

Your Responsibility

When collecting full sheets, it is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the materials safely. Full sheets cannot be folded, bent, or forced into undersized vehicles without causing damage.

Suitable vehicles typically include:

Long wheelbase vans
Flatbed trucks or trailers
Vehicles with roof racks rated for the sheet weight and length (with appropriate overhang flags/boards)

Unsuitable vehicles typically include:

Standard cars, hatchbacks, and estate cars
Small vans (e.g. Berlingo, Caddy, Transit Connect)

What Happens If Your Vehicle Is Unsuitable

If you arrive to collect full sheets and your vehicle cannot safely accommodate them, you will have to leave without your order and return with a suitable vehicle. Your order will be held for 14 days at no additional charge.

Refunds for Failed Collections of Full Sheets

Refunds are only available for full sheets we hold as standard stock (listed on our website). If we have specially sourced a product for your order that we do not normally stock, no refund can be offered for failed collection—you will need to return with a suitable vehicle.

My order for black perspex was cut and delivered within four days.It was to cover a chest of drawers damaged by a leaking perfume bottle.The perspex fits perfectly and matches the top drawers which have black glass fronts.My wife and I agree it looks better than than the original.
