We ordered a piece of acrylic as a replacement for our shelving unit, unfortunately the colour was very different to that of the website images, possibly just outdated (Orange instead of Yellow).
I messaged the company via the online chat and got through to a real person within seconds (Abigail). I sent some images over and she agreed that the colour was totally different, arranged a replacement for me and told me to keep/discard the piece I received!
