I was looking to replace the glass top on my patio table which had broken, with a Perspex replacement. I found the website very easy to use and placed an order and made the payment. I then received an order confirmation with a delivery date of the following day. I thought this a bit odd as it was quite late in the day and their website stated that they closed at 4pm. Over the next few days I tracked my order through to despatching status but the delivery date never moved from the original date given. I woke up one morning to find an email in my inbox timed at 6.30am stating delivery would be made between 11.00 and 13.00 that day. I'm not sure what would have happened if I had been working that day. At 9.30am the doorbell rang and there was my delivery. I hadn't cleared the way through to the back garden at this time so the driver had to wait until I made space for him to get through. He was both polite and cheerful and said that he'd tried to call earlier to let me know that he would be much earlier than the schedule, which he had but I'd missed his call. The product was perfect, fit a treat but the whole order was slightly let down by poor communication over the delivery date. Hence I've deducted one star.

So easy to use the website to calculate your panelling needs. Much easier than measuring and calculating yourself. Ordering was easy. However the delivery was messed up. I requested a delivery date as we were not here on the given date. The new date (the next day) was confirmed but the product was delivered on the original day. This was mildly annoying but the driver put the packages behind our bins so at least out of sight. The only blip in the ordering experience.

As an infrequent DIYer I'm reluctant to invest my money in woodworking tools that I may only use once or twice.
