It is the first time I have used Cut…
It is the first time I have used Cut My. I choose this company as I liked the idea of purchasing the MDF pre cut as a kit, their prices appeared competitive and their reviews were good. The ordering process was straightforward, the MDF panelling arrived on the promised date in perfect condition and each of the 33 pieces were individually numbered making it easy to assemble. (Despite being pre cut be prepared for some minor adjustments to some of the pieces if the walls/ceilings are not perfectly square.)
I was happy with most of the cut lengths except for the top and bottom. My wall is approx. 4.7 meters and the top and bottom MDF came in 4 pieces meaning more joints! (I assume this was to accommodate delivery?)
I also paid extra to have the MDF primed, however the edges of the MDF are bare and by the time you prime these and fill, smooth and re prime the joints it is just as easy to have primed the whole panelling yourself. (Hence the 4 stars)
I will use Cut My again, however next time I will purchase non primed MDF. I was happy with the ordering process, service, delivery and the quality of the MDF. The finished result looks amazing!

Easy ordering and a great product
Ordering on line was easy and the item arrived well packaged and protected. The dimensions were cut exactly to my order. The acrylic sheet was due to be fitted into a recess which wasn't exactly square and I thought I would sandpaper the recess to make it true. This was more difficult than anticipated and I read on line that acrylic could also be sanded. I found that I could shave the edge with a sharp knife held at 45 degrees - akin to an old fashioned spoke-shave. This easily removed a few millimetres from one end without heating the acrylic. So impressed by the service and product I brought a second piece for a kitchen

All of our acrylic is cut and shipped with its protective film over, so you will need to remove this once it has arrived.
Due to our innovative slotting mechanism and the precise positioning of slots unique to each product, stacking is only feasible with identical display case designs. Unfortunately, this means that two separate product designs cannot be stacked together.
Despite this, due to the size of the Chewbacca display case, we advise against stacking more than one case vertically as it may compromise the strength and stability of your display cases.
