The product is good and has plans drawn out for your specific job which is useful!
Overall very good!
They kept us updated with delivery, however it was delayed and was delivered later than i had originally anticipated.
The packaging was very poor, only wrapped in Clingfilm!
The delivery guy brought it in pieces as a couple of bits had escaped!
Luckily it wasn’t damaged…
Could to to properly package!
Would definitely recommend and will be getting more.

The only issue was there wasn't any instructions to understand what piece went where.
Change a few items on my order and the service was faultless.
Luckily I'm handy with CAD so was able to suss things out.

After normally being constantly disappointed by customer service in the UK, I have to say that today Ricardo at Cut My has absolutely reinstalled my faith in people!!
My project had to be done this weekend so I chose collection for today. Please note: Our maximum panel length is 2400mm in height and 600mm in width for both transport and storage reasons. If your wall measurement is larger than this then we will provide you with multiple roughly equal-sized fluted pieces which can be joined together in the middle and meet the total length required.
