Brilliant company! I ordered 3 pieces and one of them had a minor scratch the size of a 50p coin. I told them about the scratch, but I didn't ask for a replacement (although they offered a replacement straight away), thinking I could remedy it. It turned out that the scratch was quite deep, and no amount of fine sanding made it disappear. About a month had passed when I went back to them and asked for a replacement. They were more than happy to send me a replacement, which I received today!! Their product, delivery, and customer services are top-notch. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!

Great service from Cut My. would have been five stars if it wasn't for the restrictions in size.. these only go to 1.2m long, and i really needed a 1.5m. Made do with 1.2, and kinda wish I hadn't. Still - if they have the size you need, 100% recommend.

Ordering and delivery were fine. However the quality of the pine shelves was disappointing; the surface finish was rough and all four shelves had a significant bend from front to back. Therefore anything placed on the shelves would lean or wobble. Unless you are looking for a very "rustic" look I do not recommend this product. At £150+ these may end up as very expensive garage shelves!
