The product is good and has plans drawn out for your specific job which is useful! Overall very good! They kept us updated with delivery, however it was delayed and was delivered later than i had originally anticipated. The packaging was very poor, only wrapped in Clingfilm! The delivery guy brought it in pieces as a couple of bits had escaped! Luckily it wasn’t damaged… Could to to properly package! Would definitely recommend and will be getting more.

The delivery and product was absolutely fine. The only issue was there wasn't any instructions to understand what piece went where. Change a few items on my order and the service was faultless. Luckily I'm handy with CAD so was able to suss things out. 4.5 out of 5 - the lack of fitting instructions is the only down side to this. Will recommend to others

After normally being constantly disappointed by customer service in the UK, I have to say that today Ricardo at Cut My has absolutely reinstalled my faith in people!! My project had to be done this weekend so I chose collection for today. I didn’t realise this was an estimated date so called up in a panic and Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure my collection was ready by closing today. Nice looking shelves and helpful company when I needed to tweak the dimensions after initially ordering the wrong size. Very accurate sizing but just a little disappointing that the edges needed some fine sandpapering as the finish wasn't very smooth. Arrived on time and extremely well protected by packaging.
