They took a very long time to respond my Order. I even raised a complaint about the delay and poor communication. It was cut-to-measure clear Acrylic sheet. But, I must say after usage of a year this is an excellent quality product. Very minimal scratches despite used in a high footfall area. Doesn't need much polishing either.
