Overall very good!
They kept us updated with delivery, however it was delayed and was delivered later than i had originally anticipated.
The packaging was very poor, only wrapped in Clingfilm!
The delivery guy brought it in pieces as a couple of bits had escaped!
Luckily it wasn’t damaged…
Could to to properly package!

Change a few items on my order and the service was faultless.

After normally being constantly disappointed by customer service in the UK, I have to say that today Ricardo at Cut My has absolutely reinstalled my faith in people!!
My project had to be done this weekend so I chose collection for today. I didn’t realise this was an estimated date so called up in a panic and Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure my collection was ready by closing today. I was actually shocked as people just don’t go to these lengths anymore! I will absolutely be using CutMy for so many projects I have coming up! Easy ordering process, good value for money and good quality product
The ordering form online was very easy to use and helpfully provided a visual of what I was ordering to help check it was correct. The order arrived on time and was of a good quality. Overall, very pleased and good value for money so would use Cut My again.
Overall appearance of worktop was good and size was exact to my dimensions. However one side was found to be damaged upon opening up the package.
It took a few days to contact CutMy, their on line contact page did not provide any response despite two attempts over a few days. Their Website does not provide any telephone contact number leaving me at a loss for any support. Eventually after some Google searching I found a phone number for CutMy and called them. Their phone help was excellent, and all issues resolved very quickly. In summary product has the potential to be very good, on line help does not work, phone help was excellent but not easy to find their phone number.

I did order a desk top, but I was sent a kitchen door (holes sunk in the back for hinges) that was 10cm longer than I'd ordered. So not great quality, and I ended up having to cut it down, so I could have bought any old kitchen door and cut it to size, rather than spending a lot to have something custom-made.
