My provided .dxf files contained plenty of rounded corners and cut-out sections, all of which were cut perfectly and very neatly, exactly as per spec.
Bit of tear out here and there, and a few voids in the ply, but that's to be expected with this material. Nothing that Ronseal and sandpaper can't fix!
Overall, very happy. Highly recommended.

I ordered four bits of clear acrylic to protect some furniture whilst I’m renting my house out. Two were custom designs to fit an unusually shaped bedside table top. I had uploaded a shape file (.dxf) so the shape could be cut accurately, but the file was wrong. Although it did take quite a few days for someone to get in touch with me about this, from then on the company (James G) were SO helpful and communicative, they even kindly gave me a discount on the design fee they would usually charge if the customer doesn’t have a dxf or other shape file. The order was processed extremely quickly after chatting with James and it even arrived at my house the day before it was scheduled to. The quality of the acrylic pieces is excellent - they arrived in perfect condition and even though I couldn’t afford to pay for polished edges, the edges & corners are smooth and neat. Very happy with the service I received and would definitely use Cutmy again.

Let down by delivery information
I was looking to replace the glass top on my patio table which had broken, with a Perspex replacement. I found the website very easy to use and placed an order and made the payment.
I then received an order confirmation with a delivery date of the following day. I thought this a bit odd as it was quite late in the day and their website stated that they closed at 4pm.
Over the next few days I tracked my order through to despatching status but the delivery date never moved from the original date given. I woke up one morning to find an email in my inbox timed at 6.30am stating delivery would be made between 11.00 and 13.00 that day. I'm not sure what would have happened if I had been working that day. At 9.30am the doorbell rang and there was my delivery. I hadn't cleared the way through to the back garden at this time so the driver had to wait until I made space for him to get through. He was both polite and cheerful and said that he'd tried to call earlier to let me know that he would be much earlier than the schedule, which he had but I'd missed his call.
The product was perfect, fit a treat but the whole order was slightly let down by poor communication over the delivery date. Hence I've deducted one star.
