Our order was made up and posted very promptly - within the time limit as outlined by posting times. The only problem was that one of the sheets of perspex arrived broken. I phoned and spoke to Gavin who was both very friendly and extremely helpful. He immediately agreed to re-order and resend a replacement (post-free) for the damaged sheet we received.
