Exceptionally pleased with product and service
Ordered some black acrylic strips to cover unsightly gaps either side of my stainless steel and gloss black fridge/freezer. Ordering was simple, cost of the actual item was good but was bumped up by the minimum order value and high delivery costs (which I understand the need for and fully support).
The strips were packaged extremely well and survived delivery in pristine condition. I was initially disappointed in the product as it looked quite dull and dirty …… I then realised it had a protective covering….. once that was removed the acrylic was exactly as pictured on the website.
Will definitely be using CutMy again.

Needed to order an extra piece after submitting my order, but I would have to pay an extra S&H charge first just one piece, so after contacting customer service, I was emailed by Tanya, who didn’t work in customer service, but was as they were all busy, and she informed me to put my extra order in for collection, and that she would notify the warehouse that this extra piece was to be shipped with my existing order. Top marks all round! Product was excellent quality and fitted perfectly. Thanks one again to Tanya for going above and beyond in customer service 👍🏻5⭐️
