Small Dining Space Makeover

Jade (@honestmumjade on Instagram) has completely transformed her dining room using our Traditional Beaded Wall Panel Wainscoting Kit! What was once an unused “dumping ground” has become a warm, cosy space thanks to some clever decluttering and wall panelling. Jade measured her walls, designed her layout, and we supplied the beading fully mitred and cut to size — ready for a seamless installation.

Louise kindly sent us this image of her dining room custom height shaker wall panelling which is painted in sage green. Covering the lower portion of the wall, this shaker-style panelling has been perfectly cut to the width of the wall and stylishly creates a natural backdrop. She has also made full use of the picture shelf wainscot cap, decorating it with framed artwork, and plants and even added some lighting to create some ambience.

Using our MDF panelling strips, Dawn created this tongue and groove effect in her dining area. Since receiving this image, we have released v-groove panelling which arrives as a cut-to-size panel with the grooves pre-cut vertically into them. Our V-groove panels saves time and effort as it can be installed all at once rather than individually sticking each strip to the wall. Simply stick it to the wall, paint it, and voila, you have a beautiful design just like this!

Had to find a cheaper alternative to installing permanent a/c at the company I work for, so bought a portable unit, then found CutMy for their clear made to measure acrylic sheet air conditioning window seal. Measured up (including the size and position of the hole for the a/c exhaust vent hose) and placed the order. Initial delivery was damaged in transit (not CutMy's fault) so reported it to customer service (with photos of the damage) and they arranged a replacement the same day (delivered a couple of days later). Next delivery was even more securely packed and size and cut out placement were perfect. Now have a very happy team in my office, especially with the temperatures this week! When I come to fit out other offices in my building with similar set up, CutMy will be my go to for the a/c window seal sheets! Great product and responsive customer service
