I wanted an extra shelf in two large kitchen cupboards that only had a single shelf in each, thereby wasting a lot of useful space. I measured very carefully, and found the "CutMy" website after a bit of googling. I input the measurements, selected the correct facing and quantity, and to my delight two perfectly made shelves arrived a few days later, they fit brilliantly and look good and do exactly what I wanted. Make sure you use the proper jig saw blade.
The polycarbonate was purchased to replace the front window,s on my sons Shetland cabin cruiser. This was very successful as it was so easy to cut to shape with a jig saw. Had previously tried acrylic without much success as it tended to crack.

I ordered a piece of acrylic for a table and it was cut perfectly to the size I wanted. The Delivery was slightly delayed but that's not their fault and they were very help full when I contacted them. 100% would use again!
All our shelves are handcrafted in our Sussex workshop to the highest standards. We use high-quality Oak Veneered MDF which is 50mm thick and 225 in depth. We can cut these to any length to fit your space.

We do not pre-drill bracket holes in the shelf, this gives you the freedom to select the placement of your brackets.
