Dado Rail
One piece of dado rail was warped and I had to send photo's of said wood which was difficult to show on a photograph. After three attempts they accepted that the wood was warped and sent me a replacement. So not overly happy with customer service.

Great after service
I placed an order for shelves two weeks ago and paid via Klarna. Unwittingly, the delivery charge was removed during the payment process. I later received an email requesting payment for delivery, which I promptly settled.
However, due to an internal clerical error, the order was placed on hold. When I followed up over a week later, I was told the items wouldn’t arrive in time—leaving me in a bit of a pickle.
Despite my frustration, Ricardo from Cut My completely understood the urgency. He remained professional, pulled out all the stops, and ensured the shelves were cut and delivered on time.
All I can say is a huge thank you to Ricardo for going above and beyond to resolve the issue. This is exactly how great service should be delivered, and because of that, I’ll definitely be using Cut My again.
