I ordered a clear piece to help seal my window as it was an outward hinging window on the top floor of the house, so fabric ones would collecting rainwater and would go mouldy. I ordered a table top. It was cut and delivered promptly. Sadly the corner was damaged in transit. If I pushed that corner against the wall as intended, the damage is not visible. The perfectionist in me wanted a replacement but the realist won out ...only I know its damaged. Cut my offered to replace the table top immediately but when I contacted them offered a reasonable discount. This is just good flexible service.

Brought this to replace the awful window kit you get supplied with portable AC units. Clearly explained how to correctly input your window measurements. Options to add additional cut outs other than just the one for the hose, with circle or rectangle available, so, a really granular set of options allowing you to fully customize what you need. Price was very reasonable. Great communication, there was a slight delay in the delivery but I was kept informed throughout. Item arrived very well packaged and looks fantastic compared to that bed sheet they give you with the portable AC. More importantly its fully sealed all the way around the window meaning the AC can work efficiently All in all a 5 star experience, I would and have already recommended Cut My and will gladly use them again in the future

I needed a desktop cut to a certain curved shape, so went to cutmy. I messed around a bit, changing my mind, etc etc: their ordering software is great: even when I'd placed and paid for an order, it was easy to cancel and the refund came automatically. When I finally got it right, the top, cut perfectly, was delivered in a week, and at a good price. would have been 5 stars, except I very very seldom give that many, and their customer service was sometimes hard to get hold of.
