I needed some replacement oak veneered wood for a fireplace to go into our house . After trawling the Internet we found a company that was not only local but very competitive on price . We entered our sizes required and viewed the colour combinations available as well as lacquered or not. The price was very good so we placed the order . Good prices, good product, well delivered. Would have been 5 stars but appeared to have a large scratch on door. Fortunately this turned out to be glue from the edging, which was also present at the corners, so a bit more attention to final clean up would be appreciated.

Love my new desk! It's exactly what I thought, and it arrived well wrapped and on time. It could have been a simpler ordering process, I got very confused by the terminology used as to me a desk has a front and back but they used top and bottom, so I created a delay by pausing the order while checking it with them. There's a few bits of glue leftover from sticking the edging on, but nothing glaringly obvious. There's a small chip, which is luckily not visible otherwise i would have requested a new one. I probably would use Cut My again, but I'd love it to be more user friendly to people doing this for the first time, not someone who does it all the time.

The board I recieved was a perfect fit. I had to inlude a couple of cut outs which were perfectly accurate. I was prepared to do some 'fettling' to make it fit but that wasn't needed. Quality control sent me a email saying they weren't happy with the first cut, so had to do it again. This cost me a extra day which I could easily cope with. I wouldn't hesitate to do this again.
