I needed 4 additional shelves for a project I was working on. I found the website very easy to use to find the product I needed, then input the sizes and quantity. The order arrived securely packed and on time. Unfortunately one of the shelves had been cut to the wrong size. I contact Customer Services and sent through details of the error with photographs to show the fault. This was responded to by a member of their CS team who accepted the issue and had arranged for a new shelf to be sent through in a few days. This one arrived well packed again and as per my order. Nobody is perfect and errors can occur but I cannot fault the Customer Service in contacting me after the problem was reported, discussed my order and arrangements made to replace the faulty item.

Amazing service right from the very start, and all the way through. I initially made an error with the thickness request of my wood ( I know, that sounds terrible 🤣 ) but it was promptly cancelled and a new order put in. It was cut and sent out Friday, after ordering Thursday, and delivered perfectly on Monday. Brilliant delivery company too, that I'd never heard of before. 5 stars all the way. Customer service, the completed work, and the whole overall job. Thank you. 5 stars with ease.

All I had to do was paint and drill fixing holes. Great service, would use again!

My experience of their work and service was nothing short of excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again AND have no reservations is recommending them.

Very good experience with Cutmy! Delivery was smooth and quick, and customer service was very responsive and kind. It is a bit pricier when you have pieces cut out to the shape you want but if you don't have the right tools or skills to do it yourself, it's very practical. One thing I was a bit sad about was not being to order a larger piece of pre-cut MDF for my larger understairs storage door (1500mm high on the highest side). I ended up cutting it myself and managed ok nonetheless.

5mm Mild Steel Sheet Applications

Vehicle/Trailer Flooring: A 5mm sheet is thick enough for flooring in utility trailers, flatbeds, van conversions, or DIY campers. The smooth mild steel takes spray liners well.
Metal Ducting: HVAC ducting, dust collection hoods, and fume exhaust pipes can be fabricated from 5mm sheet steel and welded or riveted.
Boxing In: For capping off exposed pipes, beams, or utilities, a 5mm sheet provides clean rectangular covers to "box in" unsightly elements.
Kick Plates - 5mm works for kick plates on the bottom of doors to prevent scuffing and damage. The sheet can be cut to size and screwed on.
Base and reinforcement plates.
Garden Screens: Custom-cut mild steel panels can be used to create decorative screens or partitions in gardens or outdoor spaces, adding privacy and aesthetic appeal.
Replacement panels.
Furniture Parts - For legs, braces, shelving, and other furniture parts, 5mm has enough strength without excessive weight. The edges take nicely to grinding/finishing.
Sign Backing - Durable outdoor or indoor sign backing can be made from 5mm sheet steel cut to the needed sign dimensions. Provides support for sign faces.
Heat Deflectors - Custom heat shields or deflectors to protect components from high temperatures can be fabricated from 5mm steel.
Window Security Bars - Steel bar grilles for enhanced window security are easily constructed from 5mm rectangular sections.

Cannot fault the product itself, the cut corners option is very cool. Am uncertain if I ordered out of stock as the two week wait time for a UK delivered product was bad. Tried to purchase another plate and every single piece no mater what grade or thickness was out of stock. Went elsewhere!
