What a find! As a warning the product arrives and looks blue when you have ordered clear. It turns out it is a protective covering which we initially thought but neither my husband or I could remove so assumed we were wrong. It is, but is very difficult to remove. When reported customer service were exemplary in their help albeit you have to go through the painful "bot" scenario and the "sorry i did not understand" but once you talk to a human all sorted.
