There was a problem when the delivery company bent the package - surprising because a previous package was so well wrapped that it took me 15 minutes to get through all the layers of cardboard. The replacement was cut out and dispatched very quickly and arrived in good time and unbent (although the cardboard package was again only one layer. I am pleased with the accuracy and finish of the replacement item. Thank you for sorting it so quickly.

I had ordered secondary glazing for all the windows in my conservation area property and they all arrived and fitted perfectly. One window was causing a problem as it was a wooden frame inside brick reveals. Ricardo’s customer service and assistance to supply me with a panel that now fits perfectly was amazing.
