What a find! I had planned to buy mdf sheets and cut them to size but then came across this company who provided a choice of sizes and cut all the mdf to my measurements, millimetre perfect, making the job really easy. As a warning the product arrives and looks blue when you have ordered clear. It turns out it is a protective covering which we initially thought but neither my husband or I could remove so assumed we were wrong. It is, but is very difficult to remove. When reported customer service were exemplary in their help albeit you have to go through the painful "bot" scenario and the "sorry i did not understand" but once you talk to a human all sorted.

It was very heavy but everyone involved seemed to cope with that admirably. I asked my friend Adam over for and drink on Friday and to have a look. He did and said it looked great. I can confirm replacement items have been ordered and happy to wait for these to arrive but give the benefit of doubt to CutMy, they were very courteous on the phone and assuring the error in not seeing my initial complaint was missed somehow. I received a damaged desk top and a damaged matching shelf. It took me a couple of weeks to open the package, admittedly, but it has been left where the delivery man put it in its bubble wrap. There is damage to one corner of the desk, which may be handling, but the other two areas of damage are to the finish layer, one chip and one area on the shelf where the finish material has been cut short before being stuck down. An automated email reply from AI, was initially very assuring thanking me for including the order number and some photos, saying it will be dealt with promptly. I have now heard nothing for 5 days and have sent a second email asking Cut My to contact me asap to resolve the issues. I just received another AI generated email saying send in photos after which they will contact me - even though I already have and this has been acknowledged. I will update status one I hear back from Cut My, but not a pleasant after sales experience having spent nearly £200!

We needed one replacement panel for a built-in back-to-wall toilet where a leak had damaged the existing panel. A replacement from the manufacturer of the original bathroom panelling/cupboards was going to cost several hundred pounds.
