I’d have never guessed a company that sorts lengths of wood would end up being one of the most positive experiences of customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Starting with a very solid and informative website, a helpful sales rep when I was asking what the recommendation would be for the type of wood for the project I was doing, and then very easy to get the custom sizing right. Then when I needed to give quite explicit delivery instructions and details as I live in flat that many delivery agents get difficult about, and facilitating delivery on specific days when I work from home, it was an incredibly well thought out and thorough process. Raising a ticket gets an AI response and we are talking at a level of understanding the context so completely beyond any chat bot or automated response I’ve seen before - it gave advice on how to resolve the issue in the time for a human to review the ticket and do things their side. A human agent then got in touch to confirm they were dealing with it, and then another took over as the first person was ill and made sure it was covered! Delivery went smoothly on a day I requested it to be delayed, and the item was exactly what I needed and good quality. This is how every company should operate, making things easy, and dealing with complexities really well. Best use of AI I’ve seen, and I’m not usually a fan, but it’s enhancing the work of people and not replacing them. If I need more stuff I will definitely be bringing repeat business here.

My 2mm acrylic sheet was exactly what my almost 6 metre shelf of Rock (cut out Rock stars) needed to give it a perfectly clear, smooth, protective finish. Not even 1mm off with the measurements and delivered quick. Niiiiice!

The product was what I expected. Dimensions were perfect.The price was right. The only blip was delivery, I wasn't fussed but was given a delivery date, the goods were not delivered until a week or so after delivery date. If you give a date it should be stuck to.

Although there was a delay in delivery, it was caused by the courier, CutMy were really helpful in helping to sort it out. Otherwise all good. Website made it easy to order and they were swift in fulfilling it. As a goodwill gesture CutMy also refunded the delivery charge, even though it wasn't their fault.
