Very happy with item, made to the spec I wanted. Just an issue with slow delivery, apparently due to my item being damaged whilst being made. Emailed customer service to find out where my item was, received fast reply and very polite and professional response, item came a couple of days after, in perfect condition, well packaged.

I required a small piece of cut plastic with a central drill hole. They kindly accommodated my request. There was a slight delay on delivery but I was kept informed as to why with a new date.
