I misread the sizing instructions for the items I needed which was picked up by their purchasing manager who promptly informed me of the mistake and refunded my payment. The ease of use of the website and the super quick delivery. I have my dog's crate in my kitchen. He is a GSD so his crate is quite large. I had this idea that if it had a top it could be used as a sort of kitchen island. I found CutMy via Google, filled in the very easy size form, chose the colour and within a few days the top was sent. It was very well packed so no damage. I didn't realise that it would be double sided, so that was a bonus. It looks superb, I am thrilled. I now have extra work surface in my kitchen.
