This was a great solution to an old problem, getting things exactly right and no fuss. I could have got on the bus to the DIY place and cut the shelving board with a saw, swore, thrown my arms in the air, having no work space of bench for that matter but this worked. Cutmy cut that all out and did a perfect job. Well worth the process to end really happy with the result.

Excellent product and great price as we were looking for chunky 25mm thickness shelves! Unfortunately there was a problem and we were sent 18mm thickness, customer services were very helpful and quickly sent out a replacement, sadly the same error occurred again and we were sent 18mm, customer services were so apologetic we were offered a refund or replacement, having worked out there was a system error with the order processing, we agreed to a third attempt and I am delighted to say the correct 25mm product arrived :) big thanks to you Abby the Customer Experience Specialist.

The product was delivered ahead of time. Very well wrapped and protected. The courier was extremely helpful. The product itself was a sheet or primed MDF cut exactly to my rather obscure dimensions. Absolutely perfect for sealing up an old fireplace hole, Easy to drill and countersink, Holes filled nicely with two component filler. Easy to sand and painted well with emulsion.

Good quality products and fast resolutions when problems arise
I recently ordered some tongue and groove panelling from here. The quality of the product was very good, and the service was swift. That said, one of the panels arrived with the spacing of the panels wrong. This was promptly corrected. On the replacement piece, there was a relatively deep scratch (likely from transit). Again, this was solved very quickly.
Despite the issues, the service was strong and the issues were fixed very quickly. I had the pleasure of Abigail Rex (Abby) helping me, who was wonderful and kept me up to date at every stage. 10/10 from her.
I would order here again as I felt, despite the issues, that the aftercare was spot on.
