Overall a good service
Overall a good service and I'm happy with my splashback. However my only complaint is the item arrived damaged and it was replaced the initial delivery was pretty quick but the replacent was quite slow and held up my kitchen fitting by a couple of weeks.
Also, not their fault but mine, in hindsight I would've paid the extra for 5mm splashback as the 3mm is a bit flimsy. It doesn't lay quite as flat to the wall as 5mm probably would and the reflections are waves.
I may replace it with 5mm when I can be bothered to do the work.
I would definitely use them again.

The standard of the cutting was the best thing about this service--it was accurate and exact.
