Brilliant company! I ordered 3 pieces and one of them had a minor scratch the size of a 50p coin. I told them about the scratch, but I didn't ask for a replacement (although they offered a replacement straight away), thinking I could remedy it. It turned out that the scratch was quite deep, and no amount of fine sanding made it disappear. About a month had passed when I went back to them and asked for a replacement.
