Ordered acrylic table top, arrived quickly and was cut precisely to required size Due to my own stupidly I did not realise there was a protective film, as I could not get my nail underneath and thought the surface was scratched. I email support and had a speedy response re protective surface which I eventually managed to remove to find a perfect surface. So all in all very happy with the product and the support.
