A superb experience, even allowing for one of the three pieces of cut materials ordered being the wrong size! A replacement piece of vinyl was with me within 72 hours, millimetre perfect, and the compnay kept me up to speed with its delivery timeline throughout. I replaced all my table tops 4 all together in the concrete affect to replace all the glass tops which were all scratched over time and thought it was a quick fix until I replaced them all for glass, well what a shock i had when they were delivered they look absolutely fabulous and i won't be replacing them back for glass ones, i couldn't believe the price i had all the tables done for less than it would of cost for dining table in glass, i was worried incase i measured them wrong because it was so easy to do and thought it can't be this simple to do but they were delivery on time and was perfect, every one that has seen them have loved them and now they want them.

Placed and recieved order and confusion over what was ordered and so created deadlock until brought to attention of young lady assistant manager. Sparks flew, fireworks exploded,whips were cracked and ears were tweeked and problem very quickly sorted. Was kept imformed of progress and received items next day. She handled the problem carmly and professionally. She sbould be in Parliament instead of the 'numpties' we have had for the lasy 20 years The sign of a good company is not how they are when things go right but when they go wrong.
