A flawless experience from start to finish. First up, an extensive range of materials available - I was after some 18mm melamine-faced plywood to use as shelves. The website is extremely well-thought out and easy to use. I thought the prices were very reasonable. Impressively quick delivery considering the make-to-order nature of the offering. The courier (APC) emailed me with a 2-hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery. My parcel was extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The dimensional accuracy was exemplary, and the surface finish of the cut edges was very good with no chipping of the melamine. The edges would probably have been ok to seal after some sanding, although I chose to smooth them off with my router prior to applying 3 coats of hard wax oil. All-in-all, a great experience and I shall not hesitate to order again.
