Not bad for the money, but three issues. Firstly and most importantly, the top side of the desk top needs to be chamfered as it's very sharp edged and extremely uncomfortable to rest your arms on. I frequently end up with deep marks on my arms from using. Secondly, the cable outlet hole was cut too small so had to end up doing a botch job on it by cutting bits off the cable cover and even then I had to really force it in, so there's no chance of ever getting it out again. Finally, the melamine layer is ridiculously thin, a very stingy cost saving measure! Oh, and there was also some scrap marks to it on arrival, but only very small.

For around £270 in total, I expected a properly finished desk. The £130 desktop is essentially a one-inch-thick sheet of plywood with four rounded corners. One corner arrived chipped, and the exposed edges are unfinished. The legs cost a further £140. The desk is functional, but the quality and finish do not reflect the price. I could have bought a complete, properly finished desk from IKEA for substantially less.

Ordered a custom MFC desktop. Website very easy to use and products arrived in perfect condition. The delivery company (APC) left the product outside my door in the rain when I was at work which I didn't approve but fortunately the product was well packaged and there was no issue. I appreciate this is not the fault of CutMy hence still giving five stars. Have now ordered three custom shelves to match the desk.

We ordered a garden table top to replace our shattered glass one. Easy to order. Quick to arrive. Well packaged. However it didn’t quite fit because the four rounded corners were very difficult to measure accurately so we had to use a jigsaw to shave the corners. It now fits (with a very slight gap on one edge) but it looks the part and saved us buying a new garden table

A good quality product (two acrylic sheets, replacement shed windows). Well protected for transport. Quickly cut. I collected. Make sure you go to the address they supply for pick up and don't, like me, just head to the first building I saw, on the same industrial estate, with their name on it. However, somebody there politely sent me in the right direction!

I needed a piece of 3mm clear polycarbonate, known to me as Lexan but that could be a trade name. This was required to repair an outside meter cupboard door. I ordered the required size from CutMy, who I found on line that did exactly what I wanted cut it to my size, no waste and ready to use. It was packed superbly and arrived as it would have been shipped. I would recommend Cut My to anyone and will use again myself on my next project.

Broke a pane of glass whilst erecting a greenhouse, getting glass from Rhino would have been too difficult so used CutMy and the piece sent was perfect. Only issue we had was their website that got confused over our location on the UK mainland and it cost us more in the end.

A great alternative as so much cheaper than a glass one ., However the central hole for the sun umbrella was in the wrong place and I expected it to be my own loss . Representative I spoke with was extremely helpful after the need to call happened because credit card payment did not work. She was friendly and professional and my order was expedite and delivered quickly. However the delivery company you used were not so kind- they rang the doorbell-took me less than 30 seconds to reach the door but they had already left a heavy package propped against the porch door. Instead to wait for me to arrive and request they place it in the garage.
