Excellent customer service and excellent product. I needed lettering and a logo, with multiple pieces, cut from plywood. The website was very user friendly; I was able to easily select the materials and lettering I needed and upload the required files for the logo. The service I received from the design team was excellent. Purchased two table tops and both had a corner damaged. Luck would have it that the damage corner on both would not be visible. Maybe you should invest in plastic corner covers guys. That said, overall happy with product.
