Shelves received exactly as per order and within expected time. Some minor spelching in a few places, hence 4 not 5 stars. Not enough to warrant the hassle of returning and replacing, as may well have come back the same.
Would still consider using the company again though.

I have used Cut My a couple of times now. They supply really good quality products, cut most accurately. This time, to start with I made a mistake in my order but a quick phone call to customer services saw it rectified without any dramas. When my order was delivered, on-time and as promised, I noticed a minor error with one of the pieces. I reported it and sent one photo. A new piece was cut, trimmed and sent within days, free of charge without any quibbles. Excellent products, customer service and value.

Ash grey panels look perfect-match my kitchen units
I ordered panels cut to size in an ash grey colour. They were perfectly protected with sticky covering and cut neatly with straight edges. Delivery man was very careful which was nice to see. The panels look perfect. Good job done!

First time buyer.
Took 10 days from order to delivery which was quite good (best not to pay attention to the estimated completion date).
Arrived in good condition except there was a chunk of wood taken from one side of the table, I covered it with a desk mat so out of sight out of mind, not sure if it was from the delivery or from manufacturing but it's not a big deal, between this and the delivery label stuck TO the wood which I had to use the rough side of a sponge and water to remove the remaining sticker (was worried about scratching the wood) I will give ⭐⭐⭐⭐, I'm used to buying cheap crap from IKEA but CutMy are definitely an improvement.
The packing was unexpected, couple wraps of bubble wrap and cardboard on the corners, which is why I suspect there was a dent in the top.
still, despite the above, good service and good product, definitely going to be purchasing again in future.

The desk is great exactly what I ordered with my bespoke cuts. However 2 issues - on delivery the packaging was pierced ! (thankfully on the underside) denting surface. Secondly there is a manufacture issue on the edging as there is at least a 4 cm dent on the glued trim.
Nothing I'm overly worried about however why not add some better packaging on the surfaces not just the edges.
