Nice table top, 3 stars given as I ordered two and one was faulty. The replacement arrived and was also faulty. Customer Service however was good and resolved the issue promptly.

For around £270 in total, I expected a properly finished desk. The £130 desktop is essentially a one-inch-thick sheet of plywood with four rounded corners. One corner arrived chipped, and the exposed edges are unfinished. The legs cost a further £140. The desk is functional, but the quality and finish do not reflect the price. I could have bought a complete, properly finished desk from IKEA for substantially less.

Both sides (top and bottom) had chips on the edges from cutting, this wasnt on the corners and did not happen during transit as it was well packaged. Happened during production but was clearly fine to send out like that. Other than that good quality.

Web site is great and easy to use, prices are very fair and of course it includes cutting to size. Service and delivery no problems, but when you order you get an expected delivery date , and to quote the site “don’t get excited we may not meet this date “ which in my case they didn’t but delivery was still in a reasonable time. Just a point, but if you need it for a certain time, allow them time to produce what you need and order early.

Customer service is always the indicator of the quality of a business, cut my were one of the best experiences I have had. My first order was delivered with another parcel that wasn’t mine. When I called the problem was solved and apologies given, no excuses just great communication. My second order, like the first was promptly delivered by a delivery company that showed reliability unlike some I’m sure most people would avoid, I personally avoid making purchases that use certain delivery companies! Basically carry on doing what you’re doing!

The very best of them. I’ve placed 2 orders with this company now for precise cutting for me. I screwed up my first one with my measurements however I found an unintended use for it - I ordered again for my air conditioner and seriously it’s the best thing I ever did. About to place another order now for a broken outdoor window because this stuff is better than glass it’s so think and no football will break this one !!! The customer service is exceptional by the way and fast to respond. I HIGHLY reccomend. If you’re not sure about how to measure give them a call

Hats off to Matt who delivered the order though - absolutely professional and truly helpful in helping me get the large order to the front door (and up several flights of stairs). Kept me informed throughout and arrived bang on time. I don't normally write reviews but having had many bad deliveries for a project recently, it was refreshing to have someone like Matt deliver to such a high standard of care. CutMy is a really useful site too and the ability to order precut wood saves a novice like me lots of time and effort. I was surprised they could cut and deliver so quickly too which was a bonus. People may think the prices are high but for the convenience and speed of delivery, I'd say it's worth it. My only observation outside of this fantastic service is maybe to tweak the delivery estimate you get on the website slightly, as it can appear to promise a date that is not achievable. Other than that - would definitely use again!

Took nearly a week longer than the estimated dates for delivery given on ordering, but the customer service team were quick to answer enquiries regarding this. The item itself was cut perfectly to size and the edging applied cleanly. Delivery was smooth and the item was very well packaged. I would definitely recommend this company for being able to get a good quality product cut exactly as you want in a reasonable time and with a reasonable price.

The customer service was polite and 5 star! The delivery of items with damaged edges in multiple places for the white melamine faced plywood - fpr a sample size and full size - was less than ideal. BUT, we received a prompt full refund for the purchase when providing adequate photographs, no problem. They do stand by threir policy for customer saitisfaction with different options in this kind of situation. It seems like quality control is lacking. The pieces were very well packaged with thick foam bumpers, good fast delivery - damages not the courier's fault in our opinion. I finessed the damaged edges myself because I could, but we shouldn't have to do that. So you take your chances. It is good value.
