Everything was perfect, including the product, but with one exception I found the process for setting the positions of the screw holes not user-friendly and as a result the hose were not in the positions I had anticipated. I managed however with the holes that you provided.

This company is brilliant I wanted to replace damage tongue, and groove floorboards the materials I needed was 18 mm OSB board . after cutting out the damage sections I ordered the board from Cut Me to a certain size which was delivered exactly what I wanted,fully wrapped and protected from any damage. I was looking to replace the glass top on my patio table which had broken, with a Perspex replacement. I found the website very easy to use and placed an order and made the payment. I then received an order confirmation with a delivery date of the following day. I thought this a bit odd as it was quite late in the day and their website stated that they closed at 4pm. Over the next few days I tracked my order through to despatching status but the delivery date never moved from the original date given. I woke up one morning to find an email in my inbox timed at 6.30am stating delivery would be made between 11.00 and 13.00 that day. I'm not sure what would have happened if I had been working that day. At 9.30am the doorbell rang and there was my delivery. I hadn't cleared the way through to the back garden at this time so the driver had to wait until I made space for him to get through. He was both polite and cheerful and said that he'd tried to call earlier to let me know that he would be much earlier than the schedule, which he had but I'd missed his call. The product was perfect, fit a treat but the whole order was slightly let down by poor communication over the delivery date. Hence I've deducted one star.

I ordered 2 pieces of perspex to cover & protect 2 tables. I was advised of the delivery date. The package arrived, very well wrapped but with only 1 piece.I phoned the company, who were very apologetic & re-ordered the missing item, which arrived quickly. Great price for the desktops, delivery was delayed a couple of days as "Cut My's" internal quality control felt the desks were not cut to the grade quality they wanted it to be, so re-cut at no extra cost. I would recommend and will use this again in the future.

The shelves I had cut were perfect for my new Wren corner cupboard. Weirdly Wren won't let you have any more shelves leaving a huge amount of unused space. Cut My shelving has made a big difference and you can't tell which are new and which are Wren.

Really pleased to find this company as needed an odd-shaped bit of plastic cutting quickly. Did a crash course in LibreCAD and sent off my drawing expecting there to be questions but no, they made the part and it arrived back within 3 days and it fits! Good value for the cutting although postage a little dear for a small flat part.
