Excellent website and easy to order an acrylic panel for A/C hose exit
Nervous submitting the dimensions but all perfectly adhered to and hole in exactly the correct place
No experience of the carrier as they don’t give a time slot just the day but arrived on the day and at 9am
All in all a very good customer experience and would definitely use them again as I have something in mind

I bought a large (1500 X 500 mm) piece of 25mm thick Oak veneered MDF from Cut My and am impressed. Two corners of my piece were rounded, applying veneer well to this shape is very difficult but whoever did it and whatever machine they used it is an exceptionally good job. I have now applied three coats of Beeswax/Linseed Oil and it looks exceptional. I suspect that whatever they cut for you it will be produced with careful thought and considerable skill. Highly recommended.

Installation
Prepare the Window
Fully open the window you’ll use with your portable air conditioner.
Clean the frame thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, or moisture.
A clean surface ensures the acrylic panel sits flush and any tape or seals adhere well.
Check Your Panel
Verify the dimensions match your window opening.
Confirm the hose hole is the correct size for your exhaust.
Check that the hole is at a usable height for your AC unit.
Install the Panel
Attach the soft (loop) side of the tape to your window frame along the edges.
Stick the rough (hook) side to the edges of the acrylic panel.
Press the panel firmly into place so the tape bonds securely.

Connect the Exhaust Hose
Insert the AC exhaust hose through the pre-cut hole.
