Ordered a Perspex panel to stick onto a window to help seal a window for a portable AC unit. Cut My offer one for this exact purpose which allows you to cut a hole in it to put your hose through. You can customize the size of the panel itself and the hole's diameter as well as position. You can even get the velcro strips from them to stick the panel to the window frame.
