I ordered a kitchen cupboard shelf. The measurement are in mm, so made it super easy to get the right fit. I paid via Klarna which made it easier to split payments. I choose to pay in 30 days. I accidentally selected the pick up service instead of delivery. The customer service team noticed and sent me an email to double check that was what I wanted. I didn’t (I don’t even drive, never mind live anywhere close). They helped create an invoice and pay for delivery, I again did this via klarna. It arrived quite quickly and the quality is amazing.
