We cut your painted splashback to your exact requirements ensuring a perfect fit when it comes to installation. Due to the painted colour, you can’t cut our premium range at home, instead, we can save you time and effort and can do all your cutouts for you. Whether you need holes for light switches, sockets, notches or pipework, we can help. You can use our handy visualiser to add your cutouts to create the required shape or use one of our handy templates to add your measurements to.

For a flawless finish, the colour on our painted splashbacks is spray painted by expert sprayers with 20+ years of experience. We've learnt from many years of digital printing that spray painting is the future of coloured splashbacks. There are no visible printing lines that are inevitable with a printed splashback. When the clear acrylic is spray painted the result is a perfectly even finish that looks flawless. We recommend you order a sample to not only see the finish but also to ensure you get the perfect colour.

Easy Installation

Unlike glass splashbacks, polycarbonate is shatterproof, providing a safer option during installation. As they are made to measure, including any cutouts for sockets, switches, or pipework, there’s no cutting needed on site making installation as simple as glueing the splashback in place. Easy to Maintain

Our premium splashback are hard-coated making them scratch-resistant and easy to maintain with minimal effort. Unlike tiles, there’s no scrubbing of grout to keep them clean and hygienic, a simple wipe with a cloth and mild detergent are all you need.

Colour Samples

Can’t decide on a colour? No problem, simply order a selection of samples so that you can see the colours in your kitchen. Colours can vary on screen and in different lighting so seeing the colour on a sample at home will help you in the decision-making process.

Splashbacks Behind a Hob

It is not recommended to use a Perspex® acrylic (Gloss and Matt and Painted Splashbacks) or an Aluminium Composite Splashback behind open heat sources, such as a cooker. These materials can only tolerate temperatures of up to 80°C before discolouring and warping. Therefore, it is advised not to fit acrylic or aluminium composite splashbacks behind an electric or gas hob. However, if you have an induction hob, you may place our Matt, Gloss and Painted Splashbacks behind it with a 50mm gap between the panel and the hob. Alternatively, for an aluminium composite splashback, a 150mm gap between the panel and hob is recommended behind an induction hob.

Our toughened glass splashbacks are the most suitable option to fit behind a heat source as they have high heat resistance.

I have used Cut My a couple of times now. They supply really good quality products, cut most accurately. This time, to start with I made a mistake in my order but a quick phone call to customer services saw it rectified without any dramas. When my order was delivered, on-time and as promised, I noticed a minor error with one of the pieces. I reported it and sent one photo. A new piece was cut, trimmed and sent within days, free of charge without any quibbles. Excellent products, customer service and value.

Took 10 days from order to delivery which was quite good (best not to pay attention to the estimated completion date). Arrived in good condition except there was a chunk of wood taken from one side of the table, I covered it with a desk mat so out of sight out of mind, not sure if it was from the delivery or from manufacturing but it's not a big deal, between this and the delivery label stuck TO the wood which I had to use the rough side of a sponge and water to remove the remaining sticker (was worried about scratching the wood) I will give ⭐⭐⭐⭐, I'm used to buying cheap crap from IKEA but CutMy are definitely an improvement. The packing was unexpected, couple wraps of bubble wrap and cardboard on the corners, which is why I suspect there was a dent in the top. still, despite the above, good service and good product, definitely going to be purchasing again in future.
